Cliff-hanger, a bit short and incomplete

Like all of Rachel Caine's novels, she can't resist a cliff-hanger, thus doesn't stand alone...well. Interesting premise, college student in vampire-dominated town, but a bit short and felt incomplete.

This book was great! Ever since i read the Twilight series I started readind Vampire books. I got this yesterday and finished it in one day! I am a fast reader and once I finished the first book I ordered the next one right away. If you finish this series I would recommend "Vampire Academy" or "Vampire Diaries". Hope this helpes!!!

a true vampire story

I have latly been into vampire stories and so far I love this series I am about to start to read the third book and it llooks good! in vamopire books like twlight the vampires seem to be the good guys but in this series they are the bad guys, and thta is how I like it. i cant wait to fish the series but i cant figure out the age levle that the auther ants her readers to be. I enjoy reading them over all!

This isn't a vampire romance novel. This is a vampire survival novel. This is the only book I've read in this series, but it has potential. I look forward to reading more.
