Product Description
Butch O'Neal is a fighter by nature. A hard living, ex-homicide cop, he's the only human ever to be allowed in the inner circle of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. And he wants to go even deeper into the vampire world to engage in the turf war with the lessers. He's got nothing to lose. His heart belongs to a female vampire, Marissa, an aristocratic beauty who's way out of his league. If he can't have her, then at least he can fight side by side with the Brothers... When Butch sacrifices himself to save a civilian vampire from the slayers, he falls prey to the darkest force in the war. Left for dead but found by a miracle, the Brotherhood calls on Marissa to bring him back, though even her love may not be enough to save him...

This series of books is different than others I have read and I liked the spin on things. As I read a lot I need books that hold your mind and these do. I like how the brothers stick together and respect each other although some are really messed up. Very good reading, loved The Black dagger brotherhood.

An Amazing Series!
5 Stars
After reading so many negative reviews about Lover Revealed I thought I should add to the "positive" reviews. This is an AMAZING series, one that will have you sleep deprived because you just can't wait to see what happens next .. keeping you up until the late hours of night (I'm writing this review on 3 hours of sleep!). I have enjoyed all 4 books so far and it's a must to read Butch's story as well. Yes, maybe he is only human and not as exciting or sexy as the rest of the brotherhood but his story just adds more depth to the band of brothers. Don't skip this one .. read on!!

Lover Revealed
5 Stars
I have to say I really enjoyed the first 3 books of this series and was a little hesitant to start the 4th after hearing some of the reviews it received. I too was not a big "Butch" fan from the previous books. This book was a little bit of a slow read in the beginning but once I got past the push/shove relationship between him and Marissa it grew on me. I especially liked the ending when it was learned who his real father was - after that a lot of things made sense =)
